We have in Germany a new ordinance. It is for the smoker. They could not smoking in the Parks, public building like train station, hospital, guildhall, ......, and maybe 2008 in Restaurants,too. You get cigarettes when you are 16 yeas old and konw you get only cigarettes when you are 18 yeas old. What do you think about that? I find it very good!
In Saxony we haven`t not to much ordinance like in the other Federal States. I found a Internet page were you can see it ( http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rauchverbot) ( übersicht über die Raucherverbote einzelner Bundesländer).

I don't now if it's a god idea, beacause when you go in a PUB in england, a lot of persones are out of the PUB for smoking, it kill a good evening!!! But it's a good idea because wen you go in a PUB in France, your clothes dont smel very good, it's because i'm for this ordonance ( in france it's the same has in germany)
